Documentation -> Installation Administration
In order to perform installation administration a user must have "Installation
Admin" permissions. A user with this permission level will have a link to
the
Installation Administration page from their Control Panel.

These same installation administration tasks can also be accomplished through
the Handy Server GUI on the server, however it is usually more convenient to use
the web browser interface. When using a web browser interface these tasks
can be accomplished from any computer.
